Kathleen Ziminsky

Kathleen Ziminsky is an experienced professional with a diverse background in event coordination, customer service, and sales management. Currently serving as the Events Lead for Holey Grail Donuts since March 2023, Ziminsky actively creates and organizes events to enhance community engagement in Los Angeles. Prior experience includes roles as a Wholesale Sales Manager at Late Sunday Afternoon, a Daytime Manager and Fermentista at THE EPICUREAN TRADER, and as a founder and master brewer at Casa Kombucha, the first artisan Kombucha company in Ecuador. Ziminsky's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies and Spanish from Ohio Wesleyan University and a year of study at the University of Navarra in Spanish Language and Literature.
