Giancarlo Ledon

Giancarlo Ledon is an experienced project and sales manager currently serving as the Forever Lighting Project Manager and Florida Sales Manager at Holiday Bright Lights since August 2025. In this role, Giancarlo leads sales operations across Florida, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion while managing the end-to-end execution of Forever Lighting projects. Prior to this position, Giancarlo worked as a National Account Manager at AMP® Lighting from January 2023 to August 2025, and held various roles at VOLT® Lighting, including Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager from February 2014 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at Platinum Hotel Las Vegas from January 2011 to February 2014 and Store Manager at Big 5 Sporting Goods from March 2006 to December 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, scheduling, and employee management.
