Carlos Ramos

Carlos Ramos, DBA, CPA has extensive work experience in accounting and finance roles. Their most recent position was as the Sr. Director of International Finance at Holiday Inn Club Vacations starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of VP, International Controller at Aramark from September 2020 to February 2023.

Carlos also has a background in the hospitality industry, having worked at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Carlos served as the Associate Vice President of International Accounting from July 2018 to September 2020, as well as the Director of International Corporate Accounting from November 2015 to September 2020. Before joining Marriott, Carlos worked as the Controller at AGMUS Ventures, Inc. from May 2011 to April 2013.

Earlier in their career, Carlos held various positions including Controller at Temenos from September 2006 to May 2011, Senior Accounting Manager at Marriott Vacation Club International from 2004 to 2006, QA Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises from 2002 to 2004, and Accounting Supervisor at Franklin Templeton Investments from 1996 to 2002.

Carlos Ramos, DBA, CPA has a strong educational background in accounting. From 1989 to 1994, they attended the Universidad de Puerto Rico and obtained a BBA in Accounting. Continuing their education, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Accounting at the University of Tampa. Most recently, from 2017 to 2020, Carlos completed their Doctor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
