Erin Booth

Erin Booth has been working in Human Resources for over 20 years. Erin started their career at Orange Lake Resort in January 2000 and served as their Sr. Director of Human Resources until December 2008. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and retaining employees, managing performance, and implementing HR initiatives and policies.

In 2009, Booth joined Holiday Inn Club Vacations as their Head of Human Resources. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of HR for the company, including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Booth has been instrumental in helping Holiday Inn Club Vacations grow from a small company to a major player in the vacation industry. Thanks to their hard work, the company now has over 8,000 employees across the United States.

Erin Booth earned their BA in Psychology and Business from Rollins College. Erin also attended Chatham Township High School.
