Nicola Radford

Nicola Radford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as the Director of Business Performance at HolidayTaxis Group since April 2018. In this role, Nicola oversees the Pricing and Business Intelligence departments, while also having led Sourcing, Product, and Business Optimization during the pandemic recovery. Previously, Nicola held positions at Neilson Active Holidays, including Winter Programme Manager and Commercial Pricing/Planning Manager, and worked as a Business Improvement Project Specialist and Sales Manager at Equity-the school travel people. Early career experience includes sales consultancy at Ski France Ltd and operational management for various ski companies. Nicola holds a BA (Hons) in International Business Management with French and Spanish from Sheffield Hallam University.
