Shelley Bicu serves as the Human Resources Director at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari since May 2022, previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager at Mucci Farms from September 2021 to May 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Shelley spent over eleven years as the Area Human Resources Manager at Cedar Point Amusement Park, where responsibilities included overseeing seasonal orientation training and development programs for over 6,000 associates and coordinating annual leadership conferences for more than 300 associates.
