Vivien Schwarz-Elbelazi

Vivien Schwarz-Elbelazi started their work experience in 2007 at UNITEDPRINT SE, where they worked as a Specialist Human Resources until 2011. Vivien then joined Zalando SE, where they first served as a Senior HR Manager from 2011 to 2014 and later became the Lead Sourcing & Recruiting, leading a team of 40 people. In 2016, Vivien joined HolidayPirates Group as the Head of People & Culture. Since 2018, they have been self-employed as a Systemic Coach.
