Airlie Hilliard

Airlie Hilliard has a diverse range of work experience in the field of AI and psychology. In 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant at UCL, contributing to research projects. In the same year, they also gained practical experience as a Business Psychology Intern at HireVue. In 2021, Airlie joined Holistic AI as a Senior Researcher, focusing on AI-related research. In 2022, they became an Associate Lecturer at Goldsmiths, University of London, where they share their knowledge and expertise with students. Additionally, they became a Member of the OECD Network of Experts on AI, further expanding their involvement in the field.

Airlie Hilliard began their education in 2017 when they enrolled at the University of Bath. From 2017 to 2021, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology with a year-long work placement. After completing their undergraduate studies, Airlie moved on to Goldsmiths, University of London in 2021 to further their education. Airlie is currently studying for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Management, with an expected completion date in 2025.
