Amanda Hargreaves

Having spent her most recent years as VP, Human Resources at Curaleaf, Amanda is already a veteran with proven experience at the highest levels of the cannabis industry. In her previous role, she served over 5,000 employees in 23 states, with over 100 dispensaries and 22 cultivation sites. Amanda prides herself on being a truly strategic business partner and trusted advisor, while leading change, improving organizational design, developing talent, implementing new systems, optimizing company policies and practices, and serving as a key voice for people and culture. Prior to Curaleaf, Amanda held leadership roles at powerhouse companies, including: BJ's Wholesale Club, where she led the HR function in a region of over 12,000 employees in 98 stores; Lowe's Home Improvement, where she was an in-store senior HR leader for multiple locations.
