Ella Wagge

Ella started in the cannabis industry seven years ago and has a wide range of experience from propagation to production to dispensary retail. Starting in the Arizona market, Ella was recruited to become the General Manager of a newly-issued Las Vegas dispensary licensee, and quickly turned that store into the highest revenue-generating store in Nevada. Ella then joined Holistic, where she became the General Manager of Holistic's California operations, and quickly advanced to become Holistic's National Retail Director, where she now oversees Holistic's retail operations across the country. Ella offers the unique perspective that can only be gained from hands on experience and excellence operating in heavily regulated markets. Ella is passionate about educating people on the health benefits of cannabis and supporting the local communities in which Holistic operates.
