Hoang Ha Pham

Hoang Ha Pham has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hoang Ha started their career as a Local Chapter Member and Team Leader at AIESEC Vietnam in 2012, where they gained leadership and teamwork skills. In 2013, they worked as a Project Coordinator at HATCH! PROGRAM, demonstrating their organizational and project management abilities.

Moving forward, Pham joined InterContinental Hotels & Resorts as an HR Intern in 2014, where they gained exposure to human resources practices. Hoang Ha then interned at Tata Consultancy Services as part of the Talent Acquisition Group, developing skills in talent acquisition and recruitment.

In 2015, Pham joined Nielsen as a Consumer Insight Trainee, where they honed their analytical skills and gained experience in market research. Following this, they worked at Hoozing as a part-time Data Analyst, showcasing their abilities in data analysis.

Pham's next role was at TIKI Corporation as a Data Analyst from 2016 to 2018, where they gained expertise in data analysis and manipulation. In 2018, they joined Quoine as a Data Analyst, utilizing tools such as Tableau, PostgreSQL, R, and Python for reporting and analytics.

Currently, Pham is employed at Holistics Software as an Analytics Engineer, responsible for building and maintaining the company's data analytics stack from end to end.
