Yang Zhou has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2016, Yang worked as a Concierge Inter at Hilton, providing exemplary service to family members of leaders during the G20. Yang then moved on to JCPenney in 2018, where they served as a Human Resources Officer Inter, focusing on comprehensive training processes and customer service awareness. In the same year, Yang also worked at Crescent Hotels & Resorts as a Night Shift Supervisor, managing finances and updating team members on hotel products and policies. Yang's next role was at Xi Lai Deng as a Front Office Supervisor (Pre-Opening), where they contributed to the operational setup of the hotel. In 2021, Yang joined Huajiao Live as a VIP Users Operation, and currently, Yang is working at HOLLA Group as a User Operations, monitoring feedback and proposing improvement suggestions. Throughout their work experience, Yang has developed strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Yang Zhou completed a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Yang Zhou obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality & Tourism Administration/Management from Tianjin University of Commerce China from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Yang Zhou obtained a certification in CHIA (Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics) from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation in May 2017.
