Cara Pagels

Cara Pagels, CAM, is an experienced property manager currently overseeing 183 Class A apartment homes at Holladay Properties since April 2018. With over five years of expertise in residential management, Cara has a proven track record in new construction lease-ups, marketing, employee training, and budget analysis, earning multiple awards, including the J Turner Research Elite 1% ORA Awards in 2019 and 2020, as well as NextDoor's Neighborhood Favorite in 2021. As the Executive Director of Marrow Me Cara since August 2016, Cara founded a non-profit organization that has successfully registered over 1,200 volunteer donors and matched more than 30 lifesaving donors to patients. Previous experience includes teaching ESL in South Korea and serving as a Resident Advisor at DePaul University, where significant community-building initiatives and crisis management efforts were implemented. Cara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University.
