Elizabeth Woolf has extensive experience in guest communications and family assistance within the cruise industry. Currently serving as the Director of Family Assistance & Guest Communications at Holland America Line since December 2023, Elizabeth previously held the same title at Holland America Group from August 2018 to November 2023, after transitioning from roles as Manager of Guest Communications. Prior experience includes various positions at Princess Cruises from January 2012 to August 2018, including Supervisor and Specialist in Customer Service Policy & Communications, as well as roles in reservations sales and employee communications.
