Florin Plugaru has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Fleet Manager LSA RT at Holland America Line since 2007, with previous roles as Hotel Service Engineer and Safety Engineer. Prior to this, Florin worked as an Engineer Officer at A.P. Moller - Maersk from 2002 to 2007. Florin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electromechanical Engineering from „Mircea cel Batrân” Naval Academy, which was completed from 1997 to 2002, and attended Liceul energetic Constanta from 1993 to 1997.
