Frances Rice

Frances Rice, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator (Shipboard) at Holland America Line, where responsibilities include managing the embarkation and disembarkation processes for crew members globally and addressing daily HR inquiries. Previously, Frances held various positions at Macy's, including Sales and Customer Service Manager for multiple departments and completion of an Executive Development Program with rotations in sales management and operations. Additional experience includes a role as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business and as an Account Manager at Raven. Frances obtained a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida.
