Jan Swartz

Jan Swartz serves as Group President of Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn, and P&O Australia, four of the nine world’s leading cruise lines in the Carnival Corporation & plc global portfolio of brands. She is also the chief executive leading the shared professional services division supporting these cruise lines in addition to Holland America Princess (HAP) Alaska Tours. Swartz continues her role as group president of Princess Cruises and Carnival Australia. In 2013, she was appointed president of Princess Cruises after more than 15 years working with the company.

In 2018, she was appointed to the board of directors of MGM Resorts. Swartz holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
