Joseph B. L'Episcopo Jr

Joseph B. L'Episcopo Jr. has extensive experience in the cruise industry, currently serving as Shore Excursion Manager at Holland America Line since June 1997, where management of a multi-million dollar tour sales department encompasses over 300 voyages across diverse regions, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Europe. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Shore Excursion Manager and District Sales Manager at Norwegian Cruise Line from April 1985 to April 1997, leading field sales operations across several states and provinces. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a concentration in Transportation Management from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1970 and 1974.
