Clara H.

Clara H. is an experienced professional in client and family-centred care, currently serving as the Manager of Client and Family-Centred Care & Partnerships at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital since May 2019. Clara leads initiatives to advance family partnership at various organizational levels and oversees strategic programs, including the award-winning Family Leadership Program. In addition, Clara works as a Graduate Sessional Lecturer at the University of Toronto, instructing on Human Resources Management in Human Services Organizations. Previous roles include consulting on patient-centred care frameworks at North York General Hospital and Scarborough Health Network, as well as various research and leadership positions in educational and healthcare settings. Clara holds multiple degrees from the University of Toronto, including a Master of Health Science in Health Administration and a Master's in Social Work.
