Annemieke Roobeek

Annemieke Roobeek has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 1999, they founded MeetingMoreMinds, an intercompany networking lab focused on strategy development and innovation. In 2009, they became a member of the Inspiring Board at CPI Risk, Finance & Governance. Annemieke served as a founding member at XL Labs from 2013, where they designed business ecosystems for innovation-driven enterprises. In 2017, they joined the Advisory Board of HortiHeroes. Annemieke became the Chairman of the Board at Social Finance NL in 2018. In 2019, they founded GrwNxt as the CEO, and in 2021, they became a member of the Supervisory Board at SolarDuck. From 2020, they served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Eneco. Annemieke Roobeek holds multiple positions as of 2022, including being the President of the Board at Holland FinTech and a member of the Supervisory Board at Randstad Holding Nederland B.V.

Annemieke Roobeek's education history includes a variety of programs and degrees. In 1977, they earned an MSc + PhD in Political Science, International Relations, and Political Economy from the University of Amsterdam. After that, they attended Nyenrode Business University and became a Professor for Strategy and Transformation Management, focusing on networking, intercompany innovation, creativity, and strategy. In 2013, they attended INSEAD and obtained a Certification in Corporate Governance as part of the International Director Program (INSEAD IDP-Certified). Additionally, they completed the International Directors Program (IDP5) at INSEAD, emphasizing corporate governance. Annemieke Roobeek also received the IDP-Certified and Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD Executive Education in January 2013.
