Cindy Delancey

Cindy DeLancey currently serves as the Director of Government Affairs at Holland & Hart LLP since March 2024. Prior to this role, DeLancey was the President of the Wyoming Business Alliance from June 2017 to March 2024 and the Executive Director at the University of Arizona from September 2016 to June 2017. DeLancey also has substantial experience in government and public affairs, having worked as the Director of Government & Public Affairs at BP from September 2013 to September 2016, and as the Executive Director for the Wyoming County Commissioners Association from May 2010 to September 2013. Additionally, DeLancey served as an Elected Official (County & Prosecuting Attorney) for Carbon County from January 2007 to May 2010. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Wyoming College of Law (1997-2000) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science from Stony Brook University (1992-1995).
