Gretchen Shaub, MPP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government affairs and healthcare advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Government Affairs at MindMed and as a Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor at Interstice Strategies, Gretchen has held leadership roles at various organizations including Lykos Therapeutics and COMPASS Pathways. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Business Analyst at DaVita Kidney Care and Program Manager at Accarent Health, along with a medical underwriting position at Tethys Health Ventures.
