Jim McCuaig

Jim McCuaig, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jim started their career in 1988 as a Helper at River City Electronics, where they worked for two years. Following that, they worked as a Ground Crew at Patterson Air from 1989 to 1992. In 1992, they joined Sam's Club as a Team Leader and played a key role in opening four clubs during their four-year tenure. In 1996, Jim joined Holland Special Delivery as a Terminal Manager and successfully operated a truck terminal with regional service. Jim then progressed to Manager of Human Resources and Safety and eventually became the Director of HR and Safety in 2017 at the same company. Additionally, Jim owned their own business, Mac's Mobile Paintball, from 2001 to 2004. Overall, Jim brings extensive experience in HR, management, operations, and entrepreneurship.

Jim McCuaig, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Cornerstone University. Jim attended Cornerstone University from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, Jim attended Hope College from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Psychology. Jim graduated from Sparta High in 1988, earning a Diploma. In addition to their educational background, Jim McCuaig obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM Certification in December 2017.
