Arshad Gardee

Arshad Gardee currently serves as the Managing Executive for Life Insurance at Hollard International and has held several leadership positions within the company since May 2021, including Executive Head of Strategy Data & Analytics and Executive Head of Data & Analytics. Prior to this, Arshad was with Sun Life as the Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives, focusing on strategic solutions for markets in Bermuda, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Lean Solutions Consulting and Engagement Manager at Hollard Insurance, and Management Consultant at Alexander Proudfoot. Arshad began his consultancy career at IQ Business South Africa, progressing from Graduate Programme Associate Consultant to Principal Consultant. Arshad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance, Risk Management & Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Level 1 Certificate from the CFA Institute.
