Roshael Hoosen

Roshael Hoosen is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hollard Insurance since November 2023, bringing extensive experience from Paton Personnel where Roshael served as Talent Acquisition Lead from March 2016 to October 2023. At Paton Personnel, a leading supplier of specialist talent in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa, Roshael contributed to the launch of Nomad Now, an innovative Professional Freelancer Platform™ aimed at transforming the flexi-skills sector in the region. Roshael holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa, completed in October 2023.
