Shaaid Seedat

Shaaid Seedat has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shaaid began their career as an Insurance Consultant at Mutual and Federal in 2007, where they worked until 2008. Shaaid then joined the University of the Free State as a Facilitator in 2004, serving until 2008. In 2010, Shaaid joined Santam Insurance as a Relationship Manager, a role they held until 2018. During their time at Santam, they also served as a Regional Manager from 2018 to 2023, leading a team and ensuring profitable business growth. Shaaid is currently the Head of New Business at Hollard Insurance, starting in 2023.

Shaaid Seedat has a Bachelor's Degree in Hons. Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of the Free State. Shaaid also has completed courses in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Stellenbosch University. In addition, they have studied Business Management and Executive Management at the University of Cape Town and Stellenbosch University, respectively.
