Damian De Rosaire

Head of Customer Success at Holler

Damian De Rosaire is the current head of customer success at Holler. Damian has also been with the company since May 2019 and was promoted to their current position in April 2021. Prior to Holler, Damian worked as a global head of customer success for a company that offered messaging platforms to users across the globe. In this role, they were responsible for sales and account management processes, cross functional content creation procedures, and client-facing policies.

At Holler, Damian has continued to build out processes and policies to improve the customer experience. Damian has built out R&R’s for ad account management and ad operations, and devised a leveling matrix and hiring matrix for partner manager and TAM roles. Damian has also contributed R&R’s, leveling matrix, training, and compensation structures for app partner management. In addition, Damian has designed measurement procedures and reporting process for Holler’s partner integration process, measurement, and payout processes.

They work with Derek Piotter - Chief of Staff, Pat Giles - Head of Studio, and Scott Levine - CFO. Their manager is Travis Montaque, Founder & CEO.
