Twila Proctor, MBA, ASQ-CMQ/OE, has extensive work experience in the field of operations and quality management. Twila is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Holliday's Helping Hands since March 2021. Prior to this role, Twila worked at Baxter International Inc. for over 20 years, starting in June 2000 and ending in March 2021.
