Kirby Griffis

Kirby Griffis is a partner at Hollingsworth LLP with over fifteen years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical device products liability defense, focusing on trial cases and litigation resolution through Daubert motions and summary dispositions. Prior to this, Kirby served as a law clerk for Glen M. Williams at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia from June 1995 to July 1996. Kirby holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law, earned between 1992 and 1995, as well as a Master of Arts (M.A.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Emory University, completed in 1990.
