Derek Griest

Derek Griest is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Hollingsworth & Vose since September 2022, Derek previously held multiple positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including Accountant and Credit Analyst in Global Operations, from May 2016 to September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Portfolio Accountant at US Bank from April 2008 to May 2016 and as a Research Analyst at Thorndike Company in 2007-2008. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Rhode Island and is pursuing a Master's in Finance at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, expected to be completed in December 2024. Additionally, Derek is a CMA candidate.
