Dimitry Papkov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in materials engineering and research. Currently serving as Lead Scientist at Hollingsworth & Vose since April 2019, Dimitry's prior roles include Postdoctoral Research Associate and PhD student/Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from June 2010 to March 2019. Dimitry also worked as an R&D Engineer at Landa Laboratories, specializing in the production and characterization of nano-materials and energy production technologies, and as a Team Leader in the R&D unit of IDF, focusing on material solutions for plastics, adhesives, and composites. Dimitry holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and dual degrees, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Materials Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Physics, from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
