Manisha Saini

Manisha Saini is an experienced human resources professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from California State University - East Bay. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at HOLLINGSWORTH since May 2022, Manisha is responsible for communicating, implementing, and interpreting HR policies and practices while facilitating change as needed. Previous roles include Human Resources Payroll Coordinator at North Park Post Acute, where payroll processing and HR department interfacing were key responsibilities, as well as positions as a Human Resources Assistant at Community Medical Centers, Inc. and UPS, focusing on recruitment, employee records, and orientation. Manisha also contributed to the HR field through earlier roles as an HR Administrator at Trunger and in recruitment and communications as the Director of Recruitment and Communications for the Student Society for Human Resources Management at CSUEB. In addition to practical experience, Manisha completed further education with SHRM in early 2023.
