Jen McConnel

Jen McConnel, PhD, currently serves as Graduate Faculty at Hollins University and as a Lecturer at North Carolina State University. Previously, Jen McConnel held roles as University Liaison at North Carolina Central University, Assistant Professor at Longwood University, and Graduate Teaching Fellow at Queen's University, among others. Other experiences include working as a High School Teacher at Voyager Academy High School, an Adjunct Instructor at Durham Technical Community College and Ashford University, and a Middle School Teacher within the Wake County Public School System. Jen McConnel holds a PhD in Education and has advanced degrees in Children's and Adolescent Literature and Library Science, alongside a BA in English/Language Arts Teacher Education.
