Melanie Olrik has extensive work experience in the HR field. Melanie began their career as a Recruitment Manager at Credit Suisse in 1991 and then moved on to UBS Investment Bank in 1992, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager in the Equities Division. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, performance management, and handling employee relations issues. In 2002, Melanie became an HR Consultant and Headhunter in London for HR Consultancy, where they worked until 2008. Finally, they joined Hollis as the Director of People & Culture in 2008.
