Aiden Kennedy

Aiden Kennedy is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Manager, Global Operations Process Owner, Make to Deliver at Hollister Incorporated since April 2016. This role involves leading efforts to standardize and transform operational processes and ERP systems while collaborating with various organizational stakeholders. Previously, Aiden was the Site Operational Readiness Lead for the Fit for Growth project in Ballina and held the position of Value Stream Manager for Ostomy at Intersurgical Limited, where responsibilities included managing the Guernsey Plant and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives. Aiden began the career as an Assistant Production Manager at Solaglas and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Southampton and a B. Technology in Engineering from the University of Galway.
