Karen Svoboda

Karen Svoboda is an experienced Senior R&D Technician at Hollister Incorporated, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Karen served as a Senior R&D Technician at BD from April 2022 to October 2023 and dedicated over three decades to Baxter International Inc., retiring on April 1, 2022, as a Document Associate III – Materials Testing Specialist. Early career experiences included working as a Veterinary Technician at Roselle Animal Hospital from May 1986 to May 1990. Karen holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant from Parkland College, completed in 1986, and a diploma in General Studies from Schaumburg High School, obtained in 1984.
