Kenichiro Morishima

Kenichiro Morishima is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. As the Controller and Finance Director for Japan at Hollister Incorporated since February 2019, Kenichiro leads finance, logistics, and IT functions and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Kenichiro served as Head of Finance, HR, and GA at JAC Group, managing a team of 30 and achieving significant annual growth. Kenichiro's background includes positions at Amgen, where responsibilities included preparing for a joint venture, and Johnson & Johnson, where financial planning and analysis for a major business unit were key duties. Early career experience includes roles at GE Money and Nippon Steel Corporation, encompassing quality improvement initiatives and business administration management. Kenichiro holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Osaka.
