Karla has been with The Hollister Group's Cultures division since 2016. Over the last 30 years, she has coached individuals to wake up to their created purpose through professional leadership development, team building, mindset coaching, effective business communication, and conflict resolution. She is a certified leadership coach and a licensed DISC assessment administrator.

Karla’s work revolves around her belief that each person has a unique calling, something that fills them with passion. She calls this living your created purpose.
