Mark A. Petersen

Mr. Petersen served as Vice President, Transportation of Sinclair Oil Corporation from January 2010 until the acquisition of Sinclair Oil by HF Sinclair Corporation in March 2022 and Director and President of each of Sinclair Trucking Company and Sinclair Transportation Company from August 2009 until the acquisition of Sinclair Trucking Company by HF Sinclair Corporation and the acquisition of Sinclair Transportation Company by Holly Energy Partners, L.P., in each case, in March 2022. He also previously served as an officer and director of certain other Sinclair Transportation Company subsidiaries and joint ventures. Mr. Petersen first joined Sinclair in 1989 as a Project Engineer and held roles of increasing responsibility thereafter.
