Annabel Lane

Annabel Lane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people services and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Director for People, Communication and Children’s Services at Hollybank Trust since May 2019, Annabel also holds positions as a Non-Executive Director at The Arukah Project, an Advisory Board Member for the UK & International Health Coaching Association, and the CEO/Founder of Changing Lane since October 2023. Previous roles include Head of People Services at Milton Keynes College & Prison Education and Head of People Strategy and Projects at United Learning, where Annabel led various HR interventions impacting employee life cycles. Additional experience includes working as a People Consultant and Academy Team Manager at Nationwide Building Society. Annabel's educational background includes attendance at Redbourne Upper School.
