Indira Agarwal

Indira Agarwal has a strong background in finance and accounting, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Indira is currently the Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer at HollyFrontier, where they lead a global finance organization and has played a key role in significant acquisitions and business diversification initiatives. Prior to this, Indira was the Director, Consolidations & Reporting and Budgeting at HollyFrontier, responsible for SEC and external reporting as well as strategic and financial planning. Indira has also held leadership positions at Cardtronics, where they oversaw accounting and reporting functions and led the integration of multiple acquisitions. Earlier in their career, Indira served as a Project Lead in finance transformation and shared services at Direct Energy, managing the establishment of a shared service center and driving organizational and process improvements. Overall, Indira brings a wealth of experience in financial management and strategic decision-making.

Indira Agarwal holds a Fellowship of Chartered Accountants degree from ACCA and a FCCA degree in Accounting and Finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. Indira also has a BBS degree in Business Studies from Delhi University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Fellowship of Chartered Certified Accountants from ACCA.
