Greg Mace

Greg Mace has a diverse background in various industries, currently serving as Chef Tournant and Demi Chef at Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway since March 2022. Previously, Greg held the position of Assistant Site Manager at Hirschbach since June 2021, following roles as Field Recruiter and Dedicated Driver at Hirschbach from February 2018 to September 2021. Greg's experience as an Over the Road Semi Driver at Decker Truck Line Inc. spanned from May 2016 to September 2020, and as Co Owner at Aunt B's from August 2007 to September 2020. Greg also worked in a process capacity at Farmland Foods from June 2011 to January 2014 before returning to education at Buena Vista University. Greg’s earlier career includes serving as Shop Foreman in the US Army from March 2001 to November 2006, as well as welding at GOMACO from 1998 to 2001. The military service began in the United States Marine Corps from March 1989 to February 1993. Greg's educational background includes studies at Western Iowa Tech from 2008 to 2011 and Buena Vista University from 2014 to 2015.
