Kimberly Jenkins

Kimberly Jenkins serves as the Director of Human Resources at Hollywood Casino Hotel & Raceway Bangor since January 2019, previously holding the positions of Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner at the same establishment from June 2008 to January 2019. With extensive experience in human resources, Kimberly implements customer service programs, manages employee selection and training, oversees compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintains corporate HRIS systems. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Assurance Coordinator at Community Care, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing HR support for a staff of over 130. Kimberly's career began at HCP Computers, Inc. as Office Manager, where responsibilities included accounting and payroll functions. Kimberly is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management after earning both a Bachelor's and two Associate's degrees in related fields from Southern New Hampshire University and Eastern Maine Community College.
