Trip O'Neil

Trip O'Neil has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Trip started their career as a Management Assistant at Enterprise Holdings, where they gained experience in sales, marketing, customer service, accounts receivable, and operations. Trip then moved on to Enterprise Fleet Management, a subsidiary of Enterprise Holdings, where they worked as a Senior Account Executive and later as an Area Sales Manager, providing asset management and financial solutions to corporate clients with small to mid-sized vehicle fleets.

In 2010, Trip joined Donlen Corporation as the Vice President of Western US Sales, where they focused on providing vehicle fleet leasing and management services to corporate clients. Trip then worked at Meals on Wheels Chicago as a Board Member from 2014 to 2017, contributing to the organization's mission of providing food and support to seniors in need.

In 2016, Trip joined Fleet Advantage as the Senior Vice President of Business Development, where they helped logistics fleets reduce costs and improve efficiency through SAAS-based asset management, consulting, and leasing services. This experience was followed by a role at Holman as the Vice President of Sales for the Southern US region, where they played a key role in revolutionizing fleet management through the use of technology and data.

Throughout their career, Trip has demonstrated expertise in strategic services, sales, business development, and leadership roles.

Trip O'Neil earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University, which they attended from 1995 to 1998. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 2013 to 2014.
