Joe Sarno

Joe Sarno, CMFO, has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as a Director at HFA since October 2020, with prior roles as Supervisor and Senior Advisor. Formerly, Joe was the Property Accounting Manager at Urban Edge Properties, overseeing financial operations for over 40 properties. Joe's experience in public service includes serving as a Councilman for the Borough of Garwood, NJ, where fiscal responsibility and land development negotiations were key responsibilities. Additional prior roles include Associate Manager at SS&C GlobeOp and positions at Citco Fund Services, UBS Wealth Management, and Rothstein Kass, where Joe specialized in hedge fund auditing and valuation. Joe holds a BS in Accounting and Political Science from Albright College and a degree in TV/Radio Broadcasting from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting.
