Allison Schneider, CPCU, CRIS, MLIS began their work experience at Holmes Murphy & Associates in 2015 as a Risk Management Intern. Allison stayed in this role until 2017 when they transitioned to the position of Client Executive. As of January 1, 2023, Holmes Murphy and CSDZ merged to form Holmes Murphy Construction, and Allison continues to be a part of the company.

Allison Schneider, CPCU, CRIS, MLIS completed their education at the Wisconsin School of Business from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Allison'sfields of study were Risk Management & Insurance and Finance, Investment, and Banking. Prior to attending college, they attended Portage High School from 2009 to 2013, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.

In addition to their formal education, Allison obtained multiple certifications. Allison became a Licensed Health & Life Insurance Producer in December 2018 through the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI). Moreover, they earned a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist certification in July 2016 from IRMI and a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer designation in September 2015 from the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI).
