Beth Carlino has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to employee benefits, human resources, and consulting. Beth began their career in 1990 as a Supervisor of Medical Networks at Community Care Network. From there, they worked as a Consultant in Contract Administration at UnitedHealth Group from 1997 to 1999. In 2001, they became a Senior Account Executive at Benefit Partners, and then moved to Telvista Inc. in 2002 as a Benefits Manager. Later that year, they joined McGriff, Seibels & Williams as an Assistant VP until 2010. In 2011, they started their own consulting company, Carlino Consulting Company, where they served as a Human Resources/Benefit Consultant until 2013. Currently, they are employed at Holmes Murphy & Associates as an AVP of Client Services for Employee Benefits. Throughout their career, Beth Carlino has acquired several certifications including CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP, CMS, and CAPPP.

Beth Carlino obtained a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree in Business and Human Resources Management from the University of North Texas between 2011 and 2012. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1994, they obtained a Workers' Compensation Certification. In 2002, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI/SHRM. In 2005, they obtained a Compensation Management Specialist certification from IFEBP/Wharton. In 2006, they obtained a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from IFEBP/Wharton. In 2007, they obtained a Global Benefits Management certification from IFEBP. In 2008, they obtained a Certified Auditing of Public Retirement Systems (CAPPP) certification from IFEBP. Finally, in 2015, they obtained a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
