Christina McTeague, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Christina is currently serving as a Talent & Culture (HR) Business Partner at Holmes Murphy & Associates, where their role was realigned due to a merger. Their responsibilities include building business partner relationships with leaders and executing HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

Prior to this, Christina worked as the Director of Human Resources at CSDZ starting in 2018. In this role, they provided leadership in various HR areas and played a key role in strategic planning for the company.

In addition to their degrees, Christina has obtained several certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM in January 2015 and SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2013. Christina also obtained certifications in Strategic Thinking and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in September 2020 and July 2020 respectively.
