Paola Wisner

Paola Wisner currently serves as Vice President of Global Research & Development at Hologic, Inc., a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Paola Wisner accumulated extensive experience at Hollister Incorporated from August 2008 to April 2022, advancing through various positions including Vice President of Global Research & Development, Sr. Director of Global Research and Development for Ostomy, and several roles within marketing and project management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Biologics R&D Engineer at Medtronic Spine & Biologics and as a Research Assistant at Columbia University's Biomechanics Laboratory. Paola Wisner holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia Engineering, earned in 2004 and 2003, respectively.
