Paula Astorga

Paula Astorga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product introduction and engineering support at Hologic Costa Rica, where tenure began in May 2008. Initially serving in roles such as Sr. Materials Engineer and Superintendent, Paula progressed to the positions of New Product Introduction Manager and Sr. Manager New Product Introduction & Support Engineering. Since July 2018, Paula has also held the role of Manager Process Engineering at Hologic, Inc., demonstrating a strong background in leading engineering and product development initiatives.
